Featured Adventure - Mordecai Children’s Garden at the Denver Botanic Gardens
My 3-year-old and I enjoyed a fun-filled hour and a half at the Denver Botanic Gardens in early June, soaking up one of the first warm days of the year. The Springmelt Stream was the highlight! It got lively around 9:40 am to 10:20 am, but that's when the fun truly began. Nearby, there's a fantastic sand pit perfect for digging and building.

- The ground is a mix of concrete and rocks, so pack water shoes for your kiddos.
- Bring small water toys, like a toy boat, to make the stream adventure even more exciting.
- Don’t forget the sunscreen!
