Make A Splash With Kids Play

Post image

Hello Fellow Busy Parents,

Summer is heating up, and Kids Play is here to help you and your little ones cool down with the best water fun in town! We have been working hard to organize the best way to avoid the heat: Finding Splash Pads and Pools! 🌞💦

New Feature: Splash Pads and Pools

We know how much kids love water play, and we’re thrilled to make it easier than ever for you to find the perfect spot. Whether it’s a splash pad for a quick cool down or a full-blown waterpark adventure, Kids Play has you covered. Simply filter for swimming or water features in our app.

Our Latest Adventure: Pirates Cove Waterpark

Last weekend, we visited Pirates Cove Waterpark for the first time. At first, my little one was a bit overwhelmed by the big play area, but soon she was diving headfirst into the fun (not literally, of course!). From the lazy river to the three big slides, there was something for every age and thrill level.

The play structure is surrounded by 12-inch deep water and features plenty of spraying hoses. There’s also a baby section and a splash pad right next to it. The highlight? The “Big Bucket,” as my daughter calls it, which dumps gallons of water on kiddos every few minutes. It’s an absolute hit! But the real treasure for us was the toddler slides into the water—perfect for tiny adventurers.

Pro Tips for Pirates Cove Waterpark:

  • Gear Up: Water shoes, a hat, a rash guard, and plenty of sunscreen are essentials for our family.
  • Pack a Lunch: It’s okay to bring some food and drinks into the park, but be prepared for a bag check at the entrance to ensure no prohibited items, like alcohol, are brought in.
  • Arrive Early: Get there early to snag a good spot. Chairs are stacked around the grounds, so grab a couple and set up in a shady area for a comfy base camp.

Ready to make a splash? Pirates Cove is calling your name! 🌊🏴‍☠️
